Booking an appointment

Appointments can be booked online through our secure Client Portal, where you can view current availability and choose the therapist and appointment time that suits you.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.
